Our Range of Balers are:
W40 BALER Excellent for smaller volumes of cardboard and plastic waste. This model comes at an excellent price. It will easily make good size 40/50kg cardboard bales and approximately 60/80kg plastic bales. These are easy for handling and stacking. It is both a great cardboard baler and an exceptional plastic baler (shrink-wrap). The opening width for loading cardboard is 730mm and this is very advantageous. Other V40 balers have smaller loading doors, 530mm to 600mm and this can be highly inadequate. Very good in areas where you have large amounts of plastic, but want to keep costs down. The pressing plate comes down further than other models and helps make great plastic bales. This waste baler is brilliant for baling plastic. Powered by standard single phase 220volt electricity.
Although powered by 240v, this baler is now assembled with a 3 phase 415v electric motor, to drive the hydraulic pump. We use an inverter to convert the electricity to 415v for the purpose of the motor. A 3 phase motor is more expensive, but gives you a greater through-put, has greater torque and does not overheat like 240v motors on other baler models. We believe our motor is far superior to other similar size balers.
W70 BALERThis is the same width as the W40 Waste Baler, but is much taller. Basically, the bottom chamber is deeper and you will get a longer heavier bale. Cardboard bales will be 70kg to 80kg. Makes excellent cardboard and plastic bales which are easy to handle and stack. Has a fully automated pressing cycle. Powered by standard single phase 220volt electricity, but with the same 415v motor, as mentioned in the W40 information above.
W250 BALERThis baler is a Brand New Design, based on our already successful smaller balers. It has the same Omron Intelligent Relay System. The system we use means your cardboard baler / plastic baler is more reliable and less likely to ever have a problem. It has several Unique Operating Features which make this waste baler truly the safest in the market place today. You can easily produce cardboard bales of approximately 250kg with this machine. Plastic bales may be slightly heavier. There is a hydraulic two-hand bale-out mechanism, to easily remove your baled waste directly onto a pallet. As standard on all our in-house balers, it has a fully automated pressing cycle. This larger machine is powered by 3 Phase electricity.
